Description

The new S1 inverter series is considered to fill the gap in the Hitachi inverter product range to meet market requirements for standard Sensorless vector control drives, where the Hitachi P1 series is too sophisticated and consequently has a much higher cost.

The functionality of the S1 series is focussed on essential functions as Dual Rating, SLV and integrated functional safety (STO). S1 has a simple LED display, no option slots and is, therefore, the ideal, cost-effective but yet powerful inverter for many standalone applications in a price-competitive market.

S1is a standard inverter aiming to drive asynchronous motor. It is equipped with advanced vector control technology and the latest digital processor dedicated to motor control, thus enhancing product reliability and adaptability to the environment.

S1series inverter adopts customized and industrial design to realize excellent control performance through optimized functions and flexible applications.S1series inverter uses high power density design. Some power ranges carry a built-in DC reactor and brake unit to save installation space. Through overall EMC design, it can satisfy the low noise and low electromagnetic interference requirements to cope with challenging grid, temperature, humidity and dust conditions, thus greatly improving product reliability.
